FAMILY FORUM

HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR CHILDREN'S POTENTIAL

Reading the Family Forum book, we fully understand the method and the reasons why it is so important to implement it. The book begins by analyzing and explaining thirteen surprising findings about family relationships and youth development. These findings describe situations that have a global impact, beyond region, culture, and particular lifestyle.

He goes on to describe the skills our young people must possess to aspire to success and, above all, happiness.

The third and final part of the book is a clear and detailed description of the Family Forum method. Also included are infographics to graphically demonstrate each step, allowing for better understanding and quick future reference.

This information is valuable for understanding the current context and the urgent need to find options that allow us to strengthen the bond with our children. Family Forum is one such option, offering families two-hour meetings once a month. In this short time, they develop skills that open up opportunities for them to enjoy a full life.

EXTRAORDINARY

HOW CAN WE PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGES OF TOMORROW?

When we talk in education about the soft skills that every individual should have to succeed in the future, we usually refer to them as something abstract. What I seek with this book of stories is to explain them through stories that demonstrate situations in which it is essential to use each skill to get ahead and move on to the next adventure. The stories are fun and interactive, and invite us to consider what we would do if we were in that same situation. The purpose is to use our imagination to create different solutions and, above all, to remember that there are options, and there isn't always just one right one.

I imagine a world in which we are all empowered to think, to question, to suggest, to create; one in constant change and improvement.

The stories are written for children, adolescents, and adults. Adults benefit by understanding that identifying and developing skills enriches their own lives, and in the same way, it makes it easier for them to pass these skills on to their children. For adolescents, it's a simple and entertaining story that focuses on how to better prepare themselves to excel in their future.

For children, it's a story they can read and enjoy alone or with their parents while learning invaluable life lessons. If more people understood what skills are and how to use them, the world would be different. Skills are necessary for everyone. A truly successful individual is competent and, in turn, benefits their community.

But competencies aren't static and are constantly changing. At the beginning of my professional career, major competency changes occurred every ten years, then every five years, and now I'd venture to say we see some change every year. This means we're all constantly learning and evolving to stay relevant in today's world.

I hope you enjoy Nina and Fabi's adventures.
